Today's interview is with BA-podcast listener Özgen Güngör, a BA from Berlin in Germany. I was curious to know how ozgen managed to transition from Software Developer to the Business Analyst role? We also get into the practical application of the SCRUM agile methodology. Why use it? How to use it? Özgen shares how they use Project Poker in a game of SCRUM :).
